Shipping Rates and Policies

> Ground shipping is FREE within the Continental US (lower 48 States) using UPS and FedEx.  For other shipping destinations, shipping options and quotes, please email Pedal Car Planet at info@pedalcarplanet.com with the item description, item number, and shipping destination with postal code.      .
> No paperwork is sent with orders. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.
> Tracking Numbers are available on the website. At the top of the  home page, click Track Your Order and enter your Order Number located on your email receipt.
> Most items ship out by the next business day. However, during the Holidays, orders may take a little longer to ship.

> Pedal Car Planet accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
> Orders can be placed thru our website (www.pedalcarplanet.com) or via email (info@pedalcarplanet.com).
> All charges will show up on your bank statement as our parent company, Perez eCompany.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

>  Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects. In the case of damage during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company.
> For Big, Injusa, Mini Motos, Feber, Evo, Wheelman, & Toys Toys ride-on toys, free replacement parts are shipped if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts.
> Customers MUST contact us before returning product to us.  
> Returns will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
> For Big, Injusa, Mini Motos, Feber, Evo, Wheelman, & Toys Toys ride-on toys, customers will need to work with the warranty center before returns are authorized. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.  For a product to return, it must not have been assembled or used and have all original packaging.
> A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped.
> Received orders may not be returned unless for damaged product as noted above.
> To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Item will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
